A 1959 / ‘Animal House’ Style Remake of What Is Love, Starring Casey Abrams

It’s almost Valentine’s Day, and we’re getting in the spirit.  Watch Casey Abrams and special guest Austin Creed (aka “Xavier Woods” from WWE RAW) help us take the Haddaway classic, “What Is Love” back to the days of the Isley Brothers in this Animal House-style remake.  Watch:

This was hands down the craziest video shoot we’ve ever done – and keep in mind, I’ve used a flaming saxophone in a shoot before.  Casey not only managed to entertain us wildly, but also managed to sing a fantastic vocal as the same time; a performance full of vocal acrobatics and *actual* acrobatics.  Having PMJ superstar Maiya Sykes and Adanna Duru contribute backup vocals took the song to whole new levels of soulfulness, and Austin Creed showed off some impressive strength and just a taste of his WWE-famous trombone in a surprise cameo.  Click here to check out Austin’s YouTube channel.
